I am currently completing a BSc in Person-Centred Pluralistic Counselling at the Metanoia Institute, training towards full qualification as a psychotherapist (2027). This approach is grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role is not to direct you, but to walk alongside you, offering empathy, warmth, and psychological insight as you discover what you need to heal and grow.
