I am currently completing a BSc in Person-Centred Pluralistic Counselling at the Metanoia Institute, training towards full qualification as a psychotherapist (2027). This approach is grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role is not to direct you, but to walk alongside you — offering empathy, warmth, and psychological insight as you discover what you need to heal and grow.
