Hi, i'm, PriscillaI create a space for you to discover clarity of mind, confidence in self, and courage to walk your own path.
Starting a journey of self-discovery can feel exciting, but also a little daunting. You might be wondering if I’m the right person to walk alongside you. Let me share a little about who I am and how I work, to give you a clearer picture.
People come to my work when something no longer feels aligned.
On the surface, life may be functioning. But internally there’s hesitation, self-doubt, or a sense of being stuck that doesn’t shift on its own. Decisions feel heavier than they should. Confidence wavers. Forward movement slows.
That’s the space I work in.
I'm a coaching psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, in the final year of my psychotherapy training, with over a decade of experience supporting people to understand themselves more clearly and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust. My work is less about giving answers and more about helping people rely on their own judgement, especially when things feel uncertain or complex.
I'm in the final year of my BACP accredited training in Person-Centred therapy, qualifying in July 2027. This training shapes how I think about people, relationships and change, and informs the way I work: thoughtfully, ethically, and with respect for each client's autonomy.
Alongside private practice, I’ve worked within charities supporting women through challenging life circumstances. That experience has deepened my belief that people are far more resilient and resourceful than they often realise, especially when they feel genuinely seen and not rushed towards solutions.
I'm also neurodivergent (ADHD), which has shaped both my self-understanding and my work. It's given me a particular sensitivity to overthinking, restlessness, and feeling out of step, and an appreciation for approaches that are flexible rather than prescriptive.
In our work together, I offer a confidential space where you can think things through in depth, notice patterns more clearly, and begin to act with greater trust in yourself. Over time, clients often find they rely less on external reassurance, feel steadier in their decisions, and are more able to cope with whatever unfolds next.
If you're considering coaching, hypnotherapy or psychotherapy and want to explore whether this way of working feels right for you, you're welcome to get in touch.
