The Coaching Process

Coaching isn’t about being told what to do or having answers handed to you.

My role is to support you to understand your patterns more clearly, strengthen your ability to rely on yourself, and take responsibility for the choices you make.

Over time, clients often notice they feel more grounded in their decisions, less dependent on external validation, and more able to cope with uncertainty as it arises.

1. Clarity and Direction:

We begin by clarifying what’s bringing you to coaching now, what feels stuck, and what you want to move towards. We also identify the internal and external factors influencing your choices..

2. Understanding Patterns:

As we continue, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and habits that may be holding you back — not to judge them, but to understand how they developed and how they’re operating now.

3. Taking Action:

Coaching is grounded in action. Together we translate insight into practical steps, helping you make decisions and follow through in ways that feel realistic and aligned

4. Strengthening Self Trust:

Over time, the work focuses less on reassurance and more on your own confidence in your thinking, judgement, and ability to respond to challenges independently.

The Outcome:

By the end of our work together, clients often feel clearer in themselves, more confident in their decisions, and less reliant on external validation. The aim is not perfection, but trust in your capacity to navigate what comes next.
