Hi, I’m Priscilla


For over a decade I’ve supported individuals’ to move beyond mental and behavioural blocks and create lasting change through coaching psychology and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy. My work has always been about seeing the whole person - mind, body, and story - and offering an approach that honours all three.

To deepen my practice, I am currently completing a BSc in Person-Centred Pluralistic Counselling at the Metanoia Institute, training to become a fully qualified psychotherapist.

This training, alongside my lived and professional experience, allows me to deliver a fully holistic approach I call the Wholey Trinity combining psychotherapy, coaching, and hypnotherapy.

Through this framework, I hope to support clients in navigating the journey from their past, through the present, and towards a more fulfilling future.

I cannot wait to open the doors to my counselling room in 2027 and continue to walk alongside inspiring, courageous women as they create the transformations they most long for.

The Wholey Trinity

At present, I offer Coaching, Hypnotherapy, or a unique blend of the two. Alongside this, I’m completing a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute. Once qualified, I’ll be introducing The Wholey Trinity an integrated model of support that bridges psychotherapy, coaching, and hypnotherapy to create deep lasting change.

Together, these three elements provide a flexible and holistic framework. Some people may want traditional psychotherapy alone, while others may prefer to blend in coaching or hypnotherapy at certain points. The choice is always yours.
