The GROW Model

Clear goal setting using the grow model.

The GROW Model is a template for clear goal setting used by many coaches around the world. It is an excellent tool to help you clarify your goal, identify your current obstacles, and create a plan to overcome them and reach your goals. Utilising this tool will you gain clarity and lessen procrastination which often shows up when we are confused or unsure of what to do.

The GROW Model works best when you focus on one goal at a time and can be used in conjunction with the Eisenhower Matrix.
